Our student village provides three student halls with a range of 16 types of rooms. We offer either en-suite and wet room studios or standard rooms. You can choose any of our rooms that suit your needs and requirements. Our rooms come fully furnished with all bills included, including WIFI. With a monthly fee, each of our rooms is affordable, and you can choose the length of tenancy that suits you, whether it be a 51-week or a 48-week tenancy.

For a classic en-suite, the minimum monthly fee is £125, and for the deluxe en-suite, it is £130. If you are looking for a wet room studio, the minimum monthly payment is £150. Our deluxe studio is priced at £155 for a minimum monthly fee, and the premier luxe room is £135. With our affordable rooms, you are sure to find a room within your budget.
Kentish House Rooms
Our Kentish House offers 168 en-suite rooms and 11 deluxe studios. Being situated on the Great Stour River, you have access to local amenities and facilities and accessible transport routes. You are located one mile away from Canterbury Christchurch and two miles away from the University of Kent. Our student halls are also 56 miles from London; this means that you can get to London in under one hour.

Tallis Court Rooms
The Tallis Court Rooms offer 38 en-suite rooms and two premier penthouse studios. By providing a small number of rooms compared to the other two student halls, you can have a quieter living area that is fully fitted with amenities and facilities to suit your needs and requirements.
