About Our Student Halls in Liverpool

All rooms are covered by your rent which is payable weekly, and this covers all your bills and access to our super-fast Wi-Fi broadband.

What’s Inside our Liverpool Student Homes    

Our Liverpool student rooms and studios come pre-setup and ready for you to move in. There’s no need to supply your own furniture, as we’ve already got you covered. Included in rooms is the following: 

• ¾ Bed

• Ensuite 

You’ll share a communal kitchen and lounge, though we’ve limited each communal space to around half a dozen rooms or so. This way, you won’t find the communal areas to be crowded. The communal lounge comes with a TV, and the kitchen comes with all the appliances and worktops you’ll need. Our Liverpool studios have their own small kitchenette.  

Falkland House  

Our first Liverpool location – Falkland House – is centrally located in Liverpool. This location gives you quick access to the university and the city centre. While studying in Liverpool, you’ll want the best of both worlds, and that’s precisely what Falkland House offers. The perfect balance of work and fun. 

Plato House  

The last of our two Liverpool locations, Plato House, sits right in the centre of the vibrant City of Liverpool. If you need to visit the University of Liverpool library or any of the campuses, you’re only a short walk away. This location puts you within reach of the Liverpool SU, Kaplan, LILA, and LSE, and, of course, everything else Liverpool has to offer. This is a truly incredible location that you’d be hard-pressed to beat. 

Types of Rooms Available

Here at Cloud Student Homes, we recognise that not every student studying in Liverpool will have the same available budget or living requirements. Some may prefer more space while others may be happy with just a room to sleep. Some students may be attending university with a girlfriend/ boyfriend and wish to share a room. Or perhaps a friend is attending the same university, and you want to be roommates. 

Whatever the case may be, we have room types to suit all requirements, from small rooms to more sizeable studios. We’ve included details about three of our student accommodation options below. 

Premier Ensuite  

All our rooms are self-catered, so while you stay in our premier ensuite, you’ll have full access to a fully equipped communal kitchen. Our premier ensuite rooms are lockable and come with a ¾ bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe. You’ll also have your own ensuite shower and toilet. The premier ensuite starts at just £88 PP/PCW (Per Person/ Per Calendar Week). 

Deluxe Ensuite  

The deluxe ensuite is a slightly cheaper option, starting at just £85 PP/PCW. As with the premier ensuite, you’ll have your own shower and toilet along with a ¾ bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe. Our deluxe ensuites are slightly smaller, making them a good choice for students living alone who don’t require much space. A fridge/ freezer is also included in the room. 

Deluxe Studio  

Our deluxe studios are great for both couples and those who desire more living space. Unlike our rooms, studios come with a small kitchenette area. This comprises an oven, small fridge/ freezer, a small hob, sink, and limited cupboard space. The kitchenette is perfect for putting together a snack or a light meal, and you have access to the communal kitchen if you need it. Deluxe studios start at around £120 PP/PCW. 

First–Class Facilities 

We don’t just provide a room for students to stay in when they join the Cloud. We also provide full access to first-class facilities, including an outdoor social space.

Our communal kitchen facilities are fully equipped. You’ll typically be sharing a communal kitchen with around 4-7 other students. Rest assured that the kitchens in our Liverpool accommodation are large and spacious enough to accommodate multiple individuals at a time. You’ll find ovens, microwaves, and large food prep areas. There are sinks and drying areas for cleaning up. Plus, you’ll have a fridge and freezer in your room, so you can keep your food separate from everyone else’s. 

As for our communal social areas, as well as an outdoor social space, there are lounges (each lounge serves around half a dozen rooms). You’ll find comfortable seating and a TV. Plus, all students while staying with us have access to super-fast 100Mb broadband. 

Offers Available  

Staying with Cloud Student Homes means getting the chance to enjoy some of the great offers that we have available. To start with, we’ve partnered with Endsleigh, who are the number one student insurance provider. Through them, we’ve arranged contents insurance for you at no extra cost while you’re staying at our residence.  

Our rooms and studios have fixed rental periods with set start dates, though we recognise that these start dates don’t work for everyone. For this reason, we offer flexible options, such as January starts that are available in certain locations. Speak to our team for more details. 

Lastly, if you refer a friend and they book a place through Cloud Student Homes, you’ll receive a £50 voucher from us. Just make sure that you or your friend lets us know before signing the agreement.

This area of Liverpool is popular with students, boasting unique food and drink options. You’ll find a dog-friendly café here, making this a great place to go, night or day. 

If you’re planning on hitting the town, Liverpool has no shortage of bars, clubs, and pubs, many of which offer fantastic student nights and discounts. There’s something for everything, from clubs playing the latest beats to rock bars serving real ales and great live music. One notable mention is the Cavern Club, where, for over 50 years, many iconic musicians have cut their teeth, from the Arctic Monkeys to The Beatles.
