First-Class Facilities

All our student rooms and studios come fully furnished with everything you need to feel right at home. Every room includes:

You will share a communal area including a fully furnished kitchen and living space equipped with cooking facilities where you can study, cook, or catch up with your new flatmates. We limit each flat to roughly six students, so you’ll find that the communal space never gets too crowded and truly feels like home.

Falkland House

The first of our Liverpool locations is Falkland House. Occupying an enviable position in the centre of Liverpool, this student accommodation is home to various studios and apartments within walking distance to the city centre and the University of Liverpool. Falklands House comprises six different kinds of student accommodation, from Wet Room Studios to Penthouse Apartments, so you’re sure to find something to suit your needs and budget.

Phoenix Place

Our second location, situated near popular Everton Park and a 25-minute walk from the University of Liverpool, is Phoenix Place. Offering four different types of student accommodation and a modern reception area complete with sofas and post-boxes (so you can keep track of all those late-night ASOS orders), Phoenix Place is a lively place to call home. 24-hour security is also in place here so you can relax knowing your safety is our utmost priority.

Plato House

Located in the very heart of the City of Liverpool, our final student accommodation location is Plato House. Perfectly situated for easy access to The University of Liverpool Library, all UoL campuses, and the bustling Student Union, this is the accommodation for you if you want to make the most of your time as a student! Plato House offers three room types: Premier Studio, Premier Luxe Studio and Deluxe Studio.

Every student is different. That’s why we offer a vast range of student accommodation options to suit everyone. Is your flat the location for pre-drinks every weekend? Not a problem. Prefer more alone time? We’ve got you covered. With options ranging from more communal living to independent studio apartments, there’s something for everyone, no matter their requirements or budget.

Studios

All of our studio flats come fully furnished and include a ¾ bed, dedicated study space with desk, chair and storage as well as plenty of clothes storage and free Wi-Fi. Each studio also contains a kitchenette and an ensuite bathroom, so you really have your own space to relax. Communal areas are also available, as are laundry facilities. All studios are lockable and benefit from onsite security.

Apartments

We currently offer two types of self-contained apartments, both located in Falkland House. Both our Premier Apartments and our Penthouse Apartments offer a separate bedroom with a ¾ bed and storage for clothes and other belongings, as well as a modern kitchenette with cooking facilities and a study area complete with a desk, chair, and further storage.

Offering space and comfort but never compromising on proximity to the hubbub of student life, these apartments are the perfect option for students requiring more independence.

En-suites

After a long day studying, shopping, or visiting one of the many historical landmarks Liverpool has to offer, who doesn’t want the freedom to relax in their own bathroom without the hassle of cleaning up after someone else?
