How to Select the Leap Guarantor Waiver
During your booking, you’ll see multiple tenancy options depending on the property. One will require a guarantor, while the other includes the Leap Guarantor Waiver with no guarantor needed.
Just look for the option labelled “UK GUARANTOR NOT REQUIRED” in green.
What’s the difference?
- Option 1: Lower weekly rent, but a UK guarantor may be required
- Option 2: Slightly higher weekly rent, but no guarantor needed, stress-free and fully covered by Leap
Choose the second option if you don’t want to provide a guarantor. The waiver fee is automatically included in your rent; no separate payments, no hidden charges.
