From just £99 per week, you can book one of 6 different types of room at Falkland House. Below, we have outlined the rooms and the facilities they offer.
Penthouse Apartment
In the Penthouse Apartment, you will have access to the communal Falkland House facilities, which include a common room and TV. Your room will come with a bed, en-suite shower, desk and chair, cooker and microwave/oven. The room can be securely locked and onsite maintenance is available. You can have this room for £150 per week on a 51-week tenancy.
Premier Apartment
Premier Apartments are the largest spaces available and they boast fantastic facilities. Falkland House residents can benefit from a separate bedroom, study space and a kitchen that comes fully fitted. Here, you will have an oven, hob and fridge. On top of this, you will have access to superfast broadband. Prices range from £120 per week to £130 per week.
Wet Room Studio
If you’re looking for a luxurious studio apartment, then our facilities at Falkland House can accommodate. Our Wet Room Studio comes equipped with a large en-suite bathroom, a bed, desk and chair. You will also get a fully furnished kitchen that has an oven, hob and a fridge. Prices range from £115 per week to £125 per week.
Deluxe En-Suite
As part of our Falkland House facilities, we have a deluxe en-suite that come with a bedroom, en-suite bathroom, desk, chair, storage space and superfast broadband. You will also have access to a communal area that has a fully fitted kitchen, a living room and TV. Prices range from £89 per week to £99 per week.
Premier Studio
If you select one of our 21 Premier Studios, you will have access to a wide range of facilities. Falkland House residents will benefit from a comfortable bed, study area, a fitted kitchen and superfast broadband. Many of our rooms, including Premier Studios, come with a vacuum cleaner, tumble dryer and washing machine. Prices range from £115 per week to £125 per week.
Premier Twin Studio
The Premier Twin Studio is ideal for those of you who want to focus on your own space. You will get your own kitchenette, as well as access to a common room that boasts a sitting area and TV. Your en-suite studio also has a safety deposit box. For £130 per week, you can secure this room.
