Stratus is the third of our centrally located accommodation options. This professionally managed location sports a cluster of apartments with options to suit all requirements and budgets.

Classic En-Suite

Our classic en-suite is perfect for a single occupant, providing enough space for your belongings and leaving a place for you to study (or set up a games console if that’s your thing). Our classic en-suites come with a ¾ bed, desk, chair, and storage options. There’s a TV (communal), superfast broadband, and a range of amenities, including:

Duplex

Our duplex options are designed for either single occupants who desire more space or couples attending university together. Each room comes with a double bed with all other features and amenities identical to our classic en-suite option. Prices start from £120 pp/pw.

Classic Studio 

Our classic studios are the smallest option we have available, but they are larger than our smaller classic and duplex en-suites. Our classic studios come with a ¾ bed and kitchenette with a fitted oven, hob, and sink. There’s also a separate dining space, and each en-suite comes with a shower cubicle, vanity sink unit, and toilet. You’ll also find blinds and a personal safe in your studio. 

Deluxe Studio

The deluxe studio is the next option up and boasts all the features of the classic studio but is larger, offering more space for you to spread out. If you have the budget and would like more spacious accommodation, then the deluxe studio might be for you. Prices start from just £180 pp/pw.  

Premier Studio 

Our premier studios are the biggest studio option we have available, topping out at 32m2. These studios come with all the features and amenities you’d find with our other two studio options but are larger again. Prices start from just £199 pp/pw. 

Penthouse

Our penthouse apartment is absolutely gorgeous and is located on the eighth floor. It is our largest accommodation option at 40m2 and comes with all the features and amenities of our studios. It essentially offers the closest you’ll get to having your own bedsit and is priced starting at just £220 pp/pw.
