The standard Premier Studios at One Islington Plaza have already sold out, so this is one of the last ways to get a Premier-level studio in the building this year. Our Premier Studio with Accessible Bathroom gives you a home of your own with no sharing, and a bathroom designed to be easier to use. It’s set on Devon Street, in one of the best-connected spots for student accommodation in Liverpool.
Everything you need, in one space
This studio comes fully furnished and gives you real room to live, study and relax. You’ll have a comfortable bed, a lockable room and a private accessible en-suite bathroom. There’s a study area with its own desk and chair, and a modern kitchenette with a cooker, microwave/oven, fridge and freezer. Central heating keeps it warm through the Liverpool winter.
Connected, and plenty to do without leaving the building
Superfast WiFi is included in your rent, so streaming, seminars and late-night essay sessions are all covered. You can check your own connection at any time with ASK4’s speed test. Downstairs there’s a gym and fitness studio, a cinema room, a games room and a common room for downtime. When it’s time to focus, there’s a dedicated study room. There’s also an outdoor area, a laundry room, secure bike storage and a post room for parcels.

Liverpool Lime Street is around 12 minutes on foot, for easy trips home and days out across the North West. The city centre is on your doorstep too. There’s the World Museum and St George’s Hall, shows at the Liverpool Empire, shopping at Liverpool ONE, and the waterfront at Royal Albert Dock. For everyday shopping, Lidl and Tesco Express are both close by.

It’s ANUK and National Code accredited, and your money is protected by Client Money Protect. You can spread your rent over up to nine instalments or match payments to your student loan (subject to criteria). If you don’t have a UK guarantor, the Leap Guarantor Waiver is available as an optional extra.
