Our High Floor Deluxe Studios sit on the upper floors of One Islington Plaza, away from the street. They give you a self-contained space of your own, with everything Liverpool offers just minutes away. If you want privacy, a bit of extra calm and an easy walk to lectures, this is student accommodation in Liverpool made for you.
Around 21m², designed to work hard
Each studio is around 21m², so there’s room to sleep, cook, study and unwind without feeling squeezed. You’ll have a ¾ bed with under-bed storage, a wardrobe and a bedside table. There’s a study desk and chair for coursework, and a private, fully fitted kitchenette with a cooker, microwave/oven, fridge and freezer. Your en-suite comes with a power shower for a proper wake-up before early lectures, and your studio door locks for extra peace of mind.
Three campuses within a short walk
One Islington Plaza is one of the best-placed options if you’re looking for a studio near Liverpool John Moores University. LJMU’s main campus is around 10 minutes’ walk away (0.5 miles). Liverpool Hope University’s Creative Campus is roughly 10 minutes on foot (0.5 miles), and the University of Liverpool is about 15 minutes’ walk (0.8 miles). Your city, your weekends
Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central are both around 12 minutes’ walk away, for trips home or days out. Spend a free afternoon at the Walker Art Gallery or climb the tower at Liverpool Cathedral. Shop at Liverpool ONE or head down to the waterfront at Royal Albert Dock. For the weekly food shop, Lidl and Tesco Express are both close by.
More than a studio
High-speed WiFi is included in your rent. You can check your own connection at any time with ASK4’s speed test. When you want a change of scene, there’s an on-site gym and fitness studio, a cinema room for film nights, and a games room and common room for meeting other residents. There’s also an outdoor area, a laundry room with washers and dryers, and secure bike storage.

One Islington Plaza is professionally managed by Cloud Student Homes. It’s ANUK and National Code accredited, and your money is protected by Client Money Protect. You can pay in up to nine instalments or match payments to your student loan (subject to criteria). If you don’t have a UK guarantor, the Leap Guarantor Waiver is available as an optional extra.
