Waterside Court Facilities Will Make Your Student Experience

Each room is fully furnished and has access to superfast broadband, so you will be able to work on your essay from the comfort and privacy of your room. All bills are included, so you can use our Waterside Court facilities, which consist of:

By choosing our facilities, Waterside Court residents will get to choose from three types of rooms, which we have outlined below.
Deluxe Studio
We boast one deluxe studio room, which is located on the ground floor and contains a bed, study desk and chair. As part of our facilities at Waterside Court, you will also have a kitchen that comes equipped with an oven, hob and fridge.
You will also have a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner and a parking spot for an additional cost. For a 51-week tenancy, you will be charged £130 per week.
Premier Ensuite
The Premier Ensuite is part of a 6-bedroom apartment at Waterside Court. Facilities in this room consist of a bed, desk, chair and a mini fridge. There is a communal kitchen and lounge that comes with a TV and seating, perfect for socialising with your fellow students. For £115 per week, you can secure a 51-week tenancy. If you would prefer a 46-week tenancy, we charge £120 per week for this room.
Deluxe Ensuite
Like the Premier Ensuite rooms, the Deluxe Ensuite is part of an apartment that contains 5 or 6 bedrooms and contains fantastic facilities. Waterside Court residents will be able to get to know their roommates in the communal kitchen and lounge. For the occasions when you want some alone time, you have a bed, desk, chair and ensuite shower in your room.
For a 48-week tenancy we charge £110 per week for this room, but for 46 weeks, we request £115 per week.
