Your Premier Luxe Room
Your fully furnished room has a ¾ bed, a desk and chair, central heating and a lockable door, and the en suite bathroom is yours alone. Because this is a five-bedroom student flat in Bradford, the self-catered kitchen, with its cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave, is shared between fewer people. That means more cupboard space, less queuing for the hob, and an easier way to get to know everyone. It’s a great fit if you’d prefer quieter student accommodation in Bradford without giving up the social side of flat life.

Reassurance for Students and Parents
Horton House is professionally managed by Cloud Student Homes, with on-site management and maintenance teams, CCTV and fob entry. You can report repairs, contact the team and keep up with events through the Cloud app. Your rent covers gas, electricity, water and WiFi, and contents insurance through Howden for Students is included at no cost. We’re ANUK and National Code accredited and members of Client Money Protect. Subject to criteria, you can pay in instalments or align payments with your student loan. If you don’t have a UK guarantor, the Leap Guarantor Waiver is available as an optional extra at additional cost.

Culture and Green Space
See a concert, comedy night or touring show at St George’s Hall. It’s one of the UK’s oldest working concert halls and reopened after a major restoration. On a sunny afternoon, swap the library for Peel Park, one of Bradford’s historic Victorian parks. Closer to home, Great Horton Road has cafés, takeaways and supermarkets on your doorstep.

Two Minutes to Campus
Horton House is a purpose-built, modern residence just two minutes (around 120m) from the University of Bradford. That makes this an en suite two minutes from University of Bradford, so early lectures are much less of a struggle. Bradford College is within walking distance, Bradford city centre is around a 15–20 minute walk, and buses stop nearby. Trains from the city connect you to Leeds and the rest of Yorkshire.

When you want more space than your flat offers, Horton House has a fully equipped gym, a games room, an entertainment lounge, a common room and an outdoor area. There’s also a laundry room with washers and tumble dryers, a vending machine, and parking for an additional charge. WiFi is included in your rent and provided by ASK4. Up to 4 devices can connect as standard, and you can buy upgrades through ASK4. Speeds can sometimes be lower at peak times, and you can check yours at any point with the ASK4 speed checker.
