Inside the Premier En-Suite
This en suite with study area in Bradford gives you a ¾ bed, a desk and chair in a dedicated study area, and a comfortable living area, all fully furnished. Your private en suite means no bathroom queues, and central heating and a lockable door keep you comfortable and secure. Out in the flat, you’ll share a self-catered kitchen with a cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave, plus a lounge. That makes it a proper student flat with lounge in Bradford, not just a corridor of rooms.

Bradford’s story is woven into its textile heritage, and you can explore it at Bradford Industrial Museum, set in a former spinning mill. Then there’s the food: Bradford is famous for its curry houses, and Great Horton Road and the surrounding streets are full of places to try with your new flatmates. Supermarkets and everyday essentials are close by too.

Beyond your flat, Horton House has a fully equipped gym, a cinema room, a games room, an entertainment lounge, a common room with communal TV, and an outdoor area. A laundry room with washers and tumble dryers, a vending machine and on-site recycling make day-to-day living easy. Parking is available for an additional charge. WiFi is included in your rent and provided by ASK4, with up to 4 devices connected as standard and upgrades available to buy through ASK4. Speeds can sometimes be lower at peak times, and you can check yours at any time using the ASK4 speed checker.

Your Campus, Around the Corner
As University of Bradford student housing goes, it’s hard to get closer. The University of Bradford campus is around 120m away, about a two-minute walk. Bradford College is within walking distance, and Bradford city centre is around a 15–20 minute walk, with buses stopping nearby. From the city’s stations, trains run regularly to Leeds and across West Yorkshire.

Professionally Managed, Everything Included
Horton House is professionally managed by Cloud Student Homes, with on-site management and maintenance teams, CCTV and fob entry. The Cloud app makes reporting repairs and contacting the team quick and simple. Your rent covers gas, electricity, water and WiFi, and contents insurance through Howden for Students is included at no cost. We’re ANUK and National Code accredited and members of Client Money Protect. Subject to criteria, you can pay in instalments or align payments with your student loan. If you don’t have a UK guarantor, the Leap Guarantor Waiver is available as an optional extra at additional cost.
