Horton House is a purpose-built residence on Great Horton Road, just two minutes (around 120m) from the University of Bradford. Bradford College is within walking distance too. The city centre is around a 15–20 minute walk, buses stop nearby, and trains from Bradford’s stations run to Leeds and across Yorkshire.

Your Studio, Your Bills Covered
This is a studio flat with bills included in Bradford: gas, electricity, water and WiFi are all in your rent. Contents insurance through Howden for Students is included at no cost. Horton House is professionally managed by Cloud Student Homes, with on-site management and maintenance teams, CCTV and fob entry, and the Cloud app for repairs and messages. We’re ANUK and National Code accredited and members of Client Money Protect. Subject to criteria, you can pay in instalments or align payments with your student loan. If you don’t have a UK guarantor, the Leap Guarantor Waiver is available as an optional extra at additional cost. Dual occupancy is also offered on selected studios at Horton House (terms apply), so ask the team if you’re hoping to share.

When You Want Company
Living in a studio doesn’t mean living alone. The building has a fully equipped gym, a cinema room, a games room, an entertainment lounge, a common room and an outdoor area for meeting other residents. A laundry room with washers and tumble dryers, a vending machine, and parking for an additional charge cover the practical side. WiFi is included in your rent and provided by ASK4. Up to 4 devices can connect as standard, and you can buy an upgrade through ASK4. Speeds may sometimes be lower at peak times, and you can check yours at any time with the ASK4 speed checker.

Explore the City
Bradford was the world’s first UNESCO City of Film. The National Science and Media Museum is the place to explore photography, film and the science of light and sound. Afterwards, discover the city’s famous independent restaurants and cafés, many just a short walk or bus ride from your door.
