Inside the Premier Studio
Your studio brings sleeping, studying and cooking together in one smart, open-plan layout. You’ll find a ¾ bed, a designated study area with a desk and chair, and stylish furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchenette has a fridge, freezer, microwave, electric hob and cooker, with ample storage for your food and kitchen kit. A dishwasher is also listed among the studio’s amenities. Your private en suite has a shower, toilet and basin. With central heating and air conditioning, you can keep the room comfortable whatever the season.

Universities and Transport
The Cube is on Bradshawgate, making it genuine student accommodation in Bolton town centre. The University of Greater Manchester (formerly the University of Bolton) is roughly a 10–15 minute walk away, so this is a convenient studio near University of Greater Manchester. Bolton College is close by too. Bolton station is under ten minutes on foot, and direct trains reach Manchester Piccadilly in around 20 minutes. That makes The Cube commutable to Manchester for city-centre nights out, part-time work or placements. Bolton’s bus interchange is also just a few minutes’ walk away.

Bolton on Your Doorstep
Living this central means you can see a show at the award-winning Octagon Theatre without planning the journey home. Between lectures, you can wander through Bolton Museum & Aquarium, or browse the stalls at Bolton Market for fresh food and street food. Supermarkets, high-street shops and takeaways are all within a short walk.

WiFi is included in your rent and provided by ASK4, so you’re connected from day one. Speeds may sometimes be lower at busy times.
