CHOOSING STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

For most students, their first year at college or university will be the first time they have lived independently from home. The university and Chester student accommodation landlords have a responsibility to make students’ stay in Chester happy, safe and memorable.

Finding the right student accommodation in Chester is crucial to the overall Chester experience.

Look for centrally positioned accommodation in order to take full advantage of what Chester has to offer in terms of studying and social life.

Seek accommodation where experienced landlords can illustrate their compliance with all safety procedures and guidance and an awareness of student needs.

Check that measures have been taken to ensure your safety and security, providing appropriate contact numbers in case of emergency.

The canal areas of Chester are popular. Waterside Court is a small student development, a short walk from the university and in a perfect setting alongside the canal. Chester’s famous Telford Warehouse is just across the bridge and an impressive place to meet for great music, food and drinks.

The en-suite rooms allow privacy and the common areas provide a backdrop to socialising with other students. Owners take student care very seriously. Cloud Student Homes work with owners to ensure that all measures are taken to ensure a happy time at Waterside Court Student Village in Chester. Many students have chosen to spend the whole three years of their degree there and have formed long term friendships.
